Having operated successfully in the private sector for over 30 years on a referral basis, Blunt Coach had become a brutally honest, graphic, and hugely successful method of personal development.

Why Blunt Coach is Different.
Apart from the obvious in his direct style of presentation, the Blunt Coach is a believer in a Holistic approach to Teaching, meaning the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected, and explicable only by reference to the whole.
This means that in order to improve any single part of your life, you must first understand that single part in relation to the entirety of your life, and only by understanding and focusing on the interconnections, can you create real, lasting change.
Buddhism says; “the one contains the many, and the many contain the one”, in other words, we can’t understand anything in isolation from its environment.
Its the way the parts fit together that determine the performance of any system, and not how they perform taken separately.
The finest automobile parts lying on a garage floor will never produce a vehicle capable of its true function, and if the components are from different manufacturers, then even with the best mechanic in the world, they won’t fit together as a car.
Individual areas of expertise have destroyed any chance we ever had of creating optimal human performance, and none more so than in Life Coaching.
To tackle the mind for example, by approaching it as an independent system located from the neck up, but without any understanding of circadian rhythms, hormones, diet, nutrition, exercise, or electromagnetic pollution for starters, is the reason NLP, traditional therapies, and mainstream life coaching, has proven to be as worthless as they have been.
Blunt Coach has openly stated; “after 40 years, we still have NLP practitioners who cant tie their own shoelaces”, meaning unhealthy, fat, poor, and emotionally bankrupt practitioners, all valiantly trying to save the world, whilst evidently unable to save themselves first!
Even the founder of NLP was unable to defeat his own drug addiction, and hilariously, is still obese, and a chain smoker!
This disconnection from the holistic approach has led us to dietitians, nutritionists, fitness coaches, health gurus, wealth creation specialists, motivational coaches, and of course the psychology babble brigade mentioned above, all of which view the world from their own narrow viewpoint, while none of them understands the first fucking thing about any of the other disciplines, nor the many more needed to truly be of service to mankind.
To render this kind of truly holistic service requires 40 to 50 years of both daily study, and practical participation in both life and coaching before the ‘Graduate’ would ever be in a position to accept money for services rendered as a Life Coach.
The facts are, that for obvious reasons, most Life Coaches are embarrassed to report 10% or less as their success figures, right alongside with Alcoholics Anonymous, and any other traditional therapies, and with the prison reform service still with 50% of re-offenders, this should clearly demonstrate to us, that the current life coaching model for lasting transformational change, is either fundamentally broken, or completely absent!
This is because, regardless of the various life dilemmas we can all find ourselves in, be it alcoholism, depression, obesity, poverty or cancer, 10% of people in any such group will sort their problems or illness’s out on their own accord, all by themselves, and without the need for any intervention whatsoever (official figures for cancer are actually nearer 30%).
So if a coach or institution published data indicating even a 20% success rate, which is still pretty poor, then quite possibly half those in the group or therapy should be discounted.
But with just a 10% success rate, it beggars belief as to why the coach or therapist even bothers to get out of bed in the mornings, though clients who obviously have helped themselves, will often be gracious enough to credit the therapist or organization for the ‘recovery’, or ‘improvement’, merely as a way of justifying the time and expense invested in the therapy.
It’s not that the level of ability needed to effect lasting personal change is non-existent, it’s that very few living people are willing to go to the lengths needed to achieve this level, and why there are currently no more than 10 truly holistic, and sincere Life Coaches in the world.
Worse still, should any of these true Life Coaches come to the attention of governments, the media, or the great unwashed public, they are most often tarred with the same brush as anyone else in the; ‘Bored Housewife, Life Coaching, NLP Industry’, and paid and respected accordingly.
Or, instead of being invited with open arms into our education, medical, and prison reform systems, they are viewed as a direct threat to the very educators, psychologists, shareholders and advisers, who currently pollute those exact critical institutions.
Where flawed or outdated science is involved, and with educators tragically disconnected from the ‘Big Picture’ by isolated expertise in narrow fields of speciality and sub specialities, the flawed, outdated, and even fraudulent science, goes unnoticed for decades.
Meanwhile, people are sick and dying, or perhaps sick and tired, struggling, unhappy, unfulfilled, frustrated and angry, while our educators, healers, and so-called leaders become further invested in the bogus bullshit with each passing moment, to the point where, by the time our ‘Professionals’ wake up and smell the coffee, it’s almost impossible to execute the much needed ‘U-Turn’, on just about everything they’ve studied and practiced for decades.
In an ever-increasing litigious, dog eat dog society, no one wants to be blamed or sued for negligence, intellectual laziness or malpractice, and under that threat the safest place to be is still with the herd, chewing the same grass from the same old textbooks.
So we observe how even potentially great people, can remain super-glued to the hip of the current thinking, and flawed methods of other mainstream doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness trainers, therapists, counsellors, wealth creationists, teachers, life coaches and so on.
Those who do ‘break from the pack’ are at a huge risk from predators, not only from the litigation angle but from the very institutions who they used to rely upon to ‘watch their backs’.
Professional bodies will seek to crucify anyone who dares to speak out or upset the current model, be it medical, physical, psychological or otherwise.
Although anyone with eyes, ears, and a working brain can perceive that somethings obviously not working, it still remains immensely profitable to all concerned, to leave it just where it is.
The problem for any ‘Pioneers’, or those with the balls and ethics to step up to the plate and actually cast the spotlight on the flawed methods in an unfavorable light, is that those pioneers often end up ‘Scalped’.

The first authentic Life Coach in the UK to work exclusively on a performance-related basis, and a specialist in the direct sales industry.
Blunt Coaching methods were applied in several new start-ups and existing sales companies, where the goal was to increase performance, in a real measurable arena, outside the realms of fantasy and psychological theory, which most life coaches deal in.
Optimization, particularly of salespeople, goes way beyond conventional sales training, and into coaching the whole individual, as opposed to just the day to day career aspects.
Health, Diet, Nutrition, and Fitness were given equal importance and taught alongside the more obvious Wealth Creation, Goal Setting, Successful Mindset, and of course, extremely advanced Communication (sales) Skills.
Andy’s system utilized this ‘Holistic’ approach, to dominate the cutting edge of the business sector.
In today’s ultra-competitive marketplace, nothing can be left to chance, and everyone deserves the respect of being coached as a whole person, as opposed to simply the component parts that make up the chosen career choice.
Andy tested the method at great personal financial risk, providing venture capital to several sales start-ups, all with great ideas, but no talent, training expertise, or successful formula.
Working exclusively with the Blunt Coach method, these companies’ owner/operators handed over control of non-managerial staff training to Andy, who oversaw everything from the recruitment process, including psychometric analysis, induction and ongoing training, as well as acting as an in-house motivational speaker, and inspirational figurehead.
Only the owner-operators were privy to Andy’s financial interest in their business, and all staff referred to Andy simply as ‘The Sales Trainer’, whose sole purpose was to facilitate them reaching their full sales potential.
‘No Risk Training’ as Andy termed it, was unheard of.
Trainers still demand prompt or upfront payment for any services rendered, with in-house trainers also benefiting from the payroll.
If the Blunt Coach trainees failed to respond, and performance failed to improve, then there would be nothing for the participating company directors to pay or lose from the exercise.
A percentage of increased business turnover was agreed in lieu of fees, though few could have suspected how rapid and far-reaching this approach would prove to be.
This productivity increase was achieved in an unprecedented manner, with success after success, which led to Andy becoming Europe’s highest paid Sales and Life Coach.
The £12+ million (net) fortune in just 10 years, is a fact, and also a matter of public record.
Steven Dunne joined Andy’s thriving business at 16 and became a recognized sales trainer in the system at 18.
He does not specialize in sales, however, since this would negate the effectiveness of Blunt Coaches ‘holistic’ approach to all areas of personal improvement.
Steve takes a special interest in specific health issues, for example; EMF poisoning and sleep disorders.
Evidence supports that EMF’s will soon become a bigger health disaster than Smoking, HRT, Vioxx, Statins, Trans fats, GMO’s, HFCorn Syrup, and low-fat dietary advice, COMBINED!
Because, as Steve states;
“Most historical ‘man-made’ disasters, such as smoking, will be looked back on as choices made by consenting adults, who should have asked better questions and been less trusting, but were adults none the less.
But today, unborn babies, infants, children and the elderly, groups that are particularly at risk and dear to us all, are literally swimming in an unavoidable sea of dirty electricity, that’s causing them horrific damage on a cellular level, and without their consent”
As school and public library WiFi becomes secretly obsolete in civilized countries the world over, and millions of people suffering EMF sensitivities are coming forward for help, Steve questions the wisdom and sincerity of cell phone towers on public buildings, schools, hospitals and care homes, since the scientific evidence is not only overwhelming, but under the freedom of information act, documents have come to light revealing that the dangers of this silent and invisible killer have been known for decades!
Steve brings both a youthful energy to the Blunt Coach team, and a burning desire to connect with and educate his entire generation who’ve all been vaccinated, medicated, microwaved, and fed to the gills on shit food, polluted water, air and light.
In other words, an entire misinformed and cheated generation thought unlikely to outlive their parents or be fertile!
Steve became a business partner in Blunt Coach in 2014, designed and built the website, as well as manages the I.T, filming schedule, and all post-production work.
Mark Dunne (Andy’s Brother) will join the team in 2018 and brings expertise in the arena’s of Addiction and Substance Abuse. Mark also specializes in Care Management and Counselling.
