Vegan Fat Heads!

Just a quick one in this chapter on ‘Make a Veggie Cry’, and a pretty obvious one at that, but it’ll come up super frequently, so I think it best that you have three or four shorter barrages to assault the leaf eaters with, rather than an all-out assault.

I mean you know how annoying these bastards can be I’m sure.

They come out with something, you shoot it down in flames, and next week (or even seconds later), they retort with the same old shit all over again.

Ironically, it’s usually down to a lack of fat that’s fucking with their heads, and I’m being 100% serious here.

Remember their ‘compliers’ in the first place, their critical faculties left the building after a few months of being a veggie, and after a year of animal fat depletion, their brains, which are made up of about 70% animal fat, are starting to malfunction.

Also, remember that these people have a tremendous investment in this flawed belief system, not only do they personally stand to lose face horribly, but they will have all the people they’ve recommended it to on their conscience day and night, especially if the realization that they’ve harmed loved ones ever hits home.

Their tiny minds, as would yours and mine frankly, will do anything to spare them from the ridicule, trauma, and embarrassment, of following ‘experts’ that have blatantly been proven to lie,  or omit and manipulate data, to serve the vegetarian agenda.

They possibly never accounted for freedom of information acts, and 30 years ago, if you’d have told a researcher, doctor, or scientist taking part in a bogus study that members of the public would one day be able to pick the bones out of studies themselves, from the comfort of their homes, they would have laughed at you.

So be prepared for vegetarians to become ‘Fact Blind’, in similar ways dyslexics do with words.

So we omnivores don’t need to repeat ourselves that often since we're the ones with all the angles and because I’ve got tons for you on the subject of the so-called demon that’s the most calorie dense macronutrient.

The macronutrient that curbs your appetite the quickest, satisfies for longest, carries all our lovely vitamins A, D, E and K2, drives all our hormones, converts sunlight into Pro Hormone D3 that’s responsible for hundreds of functions, quietens the fat storage hormone insulin the most, and thus the macronutrient least likely to ever make you fat!

Fat, glorious fat!

This is still top secret though I’m sure, especially in veggie circles.

If I was a veggie it’d be the one thing I’d want to ‘not’ be true.

People can get by on way less protein than you might think, especially if you’re not an athlete and don’t mind that marathon runner type look.

But fat, oh boy, in my opinion, is the one thing you don’t want to skimp on.

And what’s 75% of your brain made up from?

What gives you the chance to convert sunlight into vital Vitamin D, and controls all your sex hormones and moods?.... FAT.

But if so-called super healthy vegetable fat’s (oils) like corn, rapeseed, sunflower, olive oil etc give you cancer, and promote every pro-inflammatory disease in the book, as well as lower thyroid function, then what kind of fat do you need?.... ANIMAL FAT

And what type of fruit and vegetables does that come from then?

Duuuuuu my brain hurts, this is so simple.

And what else do you get from these lovely heart-healthy whole grains, rice, corn, potatoes and pasta, every time you consume them (3 to 6 times a day for most people)?

…..An insulin spike.

And what fucks up if you have enough insulin spikes?..... The pancreas.

And that’s called …diabetes.

Also, we know it’s almost impossible to burn fat as a fuel from our arses, visceral, or anywhere on the body, in the presence of insulin, which takes several hours to clear the body.

This clearance almost never happens during the day, because people are constantly ‘spiking’, every 3 hours, on snacks or meals that are mostly grain or starch based.

Final thoughts for you are this; Your vegetarian friends will clearly be struggling to rationalize something they’ve been doing for quite some time, and as stated, since their minds will filter out anything that conflicts with their strongly held beliefs, their fair game to any snake oil vegetarian doctor/salesmen out there.

I study the mind and the body in equal proportions for this very reason.

When I do stuff, I want to know why I do it, so I can separate the good from the bad and provide my family with the best service a Son, Husband, Father and Brother, can.

You do likewise for yourself and your loved ones.

This is just one of a dozen articles you’ll find at Blunt Coach on saturated fat, and how incredibly vital it is to us all, and, far from being the enemy, it’s your best friend in your quest for optimum health and wellness.

Thanks for dropping by.

Cry bye.
